Pedro Silva and Jorge Silva will take part in the second round of the Supercars Endurance at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve with their Audi RS3 LMS TCR prepared by Veloso Motorsport.
Currently competing in Spain, the Portuguese duo that last season competed in three of the four races of the Supercars Endurance with their Audi RS3 LMS TCR is back to the series to evaluate the competition this season.
"We'll race in Portimão with the objective of trying to understand our competitive level in the Portuguese championship. By the way, the fact that we are running in the CER will not prevent us to do, eventually, one or another race beyond Portimão. I remind you that in 2021, in Supercars, we did the pole position in Portimão and we conquered the absolute second place in one of the races in Estoril. This is only the second season with Audi, we are still learning,” said Pedro Silva.
The entry list for the Algarve Summer Party events organized by Race Ready, gains, this way, a duo with strong arguments to be protagonist of the discussion of the first places in the TCR category, in a championship that has not left credit to others in terms of emotion and competitiveness.
