Team CDRS, one of the standout outfits in this year’s French TC France Series, is set to conclude its season with a full-scale debut in the Iberian Supercars and the Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade, with an eye already on 2026.
The French squad, led by Cedrick Ducos, will bring four Ligier JS2 R cars and one Ginetta G55 to the Estoril Circuit from 28 to 30 November, making it one of the teams with the largest presence on the grid.
Team CDRS is fielding a diverse and sizeable line-up, with David Chiche and Pierre-Alexis Lacorte, Stéphane Codet and Pascal Trieux, William and Thomas Cavailhes, and Olivier Lopez and Christian Philippon sharing the Ligiers, while Franck Labescat and Emmanuel Gachiteguy will drive the Ginetta.

Team Principal Cedrick Ducos highlights the strong results achieved by his operation in the GT Light category of the TC France Series, noting that this Portuguese outing emerged from a unique opportunity.
“This year our drivers Stéphane Codet and David Chiche were runner-up and French champion respectively in the GT Light class with the Ligier JS2 R, and Team CDRS was the most successful team of the season,” said the team principal.
“Stéphane has been taking part for several years in the Estoril 250 km (of Iberian Historic Endurance) and encouraged us to bring the Ligiers to the final round of the Iberian Supercars. So here we are with five cars,” he said.
The team’s debut at Estoril not only marks the conclusion of a successful season in France but also opens new perspectives for the outfit and its drivers, who are eager to discover the exciting Iberian racing scene and assess future opportunities.

With no pressure for immediate results, Cedrick Ducos stresses that the goal is to “understand how the championship works, with no expectations of victory - simply for the pleasure of competing and discovering something new. Afterwards, we will evaluate with our clients the possibility of entering some rounds of this championship in 2026.”
The decisive round of the Iberian Supercars and the Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade will take place from 28 to 30 November. Paddock tickets are already available at BOL.pt, while access to the main grandstand on the start–finish straight will be free.
