THE 2026 SEASON BEGINS IN DECEMBER AT ESTORIL

The Estoril Circuit will become the epicentre of Supercars Endurance at the end of this month and the beginning of the next, hosting the official end-of-season test on 1 December, organised by Race Ready. The event marks the start of preparations for the 2026 season.

This initiative follows the decisive round of the championship, held on the same circuit between 28 and 30 November, during which the Iberian Supercars and the Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade titles will be decided.

With the teams’ facilities already set up at the circuit for the race weekend, holding the test the following day helps to reduce logistical costs and optimise resources, making participation easier for the teams. The organisers aim to provide a useful and strategic working session to close the 2025 season and begin preparations for the next.

This end-of-season test will allow teams to evaluate cars, drivers, and technical solutions, while also serving as a networking platform for teams and new projects. It will therefore be an important moment to outline strategies and define ambitions in a collaborative working environment that symbolically marks the beginning of the 2026 season.

On Sunday evening, following the conclusion of the sporting season, the official awards ceremony for the Iberian Supercars and Supercars España will take place. The event will celebrate the champions and standout performers of the year, bringing a festive close to another season of great competitiveness.
