Format
For 2021, Race Ready defined a new format for the GT4 category that believes it will be adapted to the Iberian Peninsula, which has now two races and two qualifying sessions per weekend, witch allows more than three hours of track time to drivers and teams, during, practice sessions, qualifying and races.
The calendar comprises five events, visiting emblematic circuits from Portugal and Spain – Circuito do Estoril, Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, Circuit de Jerez de La Frontera, Circuito del Jarama and Circuit de Valência.
To increase every driver winning chances, the series accepts only Pro-Am pairs – drivers Silver and Bronze or Gold and Bronze, according to the FIA driver categorization – and Am – Bronze drivers only.
