The team led by Luís Veloso has acquired a competitive Porsche Cayman GT4 RS that will be used in the 2024 edition of the Iberian Supercars and Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade.
Veloso Motorsport perseveres in maintaining its foothold in circuit racing in the region. It's noteworthy that the team, headquartered in Póvoa de Lanhoso, stands as the sole entity to have consistently graced national and international racetracks for 30 uninterrupted years, boasting an impressive track record and numerous titles across various categories.
Veloso Motorsport won the Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade in 2021, took the Pro-Am title in the GT4 South European Series and won the last three editions of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica. It also won the GT4 Bronze division of the 2023 Campeonato de Portugal de Velocidade.
Maintaining its commitment to the series, Veloso Motorsport has reinforced its bet for 2024 with the acquisition of a competitive Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS that will be prepared and serviced by Luís Veloso's team.
As for the names of the drivers, they will be revealed in due course along with the names of all the drivers who have chosen Veloso Motosport to fight for the various championships in which the Póvoa de Lanhoso team will be involved.
